Introduction |

Thank you for your interest in a high quality heating and air-conditioning system. Many prospective customers who do not know us personally have asked if they might learn more about our qualifications. The following information is intended to answer many of these questions.
We are a “Full Service” heating, ventilating and air-conditioning (HVAC) contractor. We provide complete “Turn Key” or partial system applications inclusive of design, installation, startup and maintenance. Our business began in 1986 as a service oriented company providing factory authorized geothermal and ground loop heat pump service for local manufactures, wholesalers, and to the Central Ohio residential and commercial community. Since our modest beginning we have grown steadily each year and now collectively draw upon over 60 years of experience in the areas of:
- Heat Pump manufacturing and design.
- Instruction of HVAC system application, installation, and service.
- Hydrogeology involving the design of water wells and pumping systems.
- HVAC systems and controls engineering.
- Radiant floor heat installations in excess of 40,000 linear feet a year.
- Winter Snow Melting systems.
We are a licensed and bonded contractor for the city of Columbus and surrounding metropolitan areas and hold State of Ohio licenses for (1) Heating and ventilating, (2) Refrigeration, (3) Steam and Hot Water heating systems - Ohio License Number 12741.
Our service technicians are certified through the Refrigeration Service Engineers Society (RSES), and are retested every three years to
maintain their certification status.
In addition to RSES certification, we maintain factory dealer certification on WaterFurnace geothermal, Lennox, and Trane air-source heat pump/gas furnace product lines. In addition to these “Primary” product lines, we maintain proficiency on over 43 different brands of geothermal heat pumps and a multitude of fossil fuel furnace and boiler systems.
Maintaining certified status requires many hours of classroom instruction, testing and field inspection to show consistent proficiency in meeting the high standards of each manufacturer. In attaining this level of certification we are able to offer our customers extended 10 year equipment warranties that are not available otherwise. Our certification as a Geothermal Services Contractor (GSC), for the installation of closed loops for geothermal heat pumps strengthens our commitment to “Total Service” and allows us to offer customers a 55 year “Worry Free” warranty on the WaterFurnace closed loop piping system. Our technical and professional background, broad range certification status and experience allow us to take each project from concept to completion, minimize project scheduling times and keep project costs down. |

As a participant in these various organizations and programs we are committed to energy savings for our customers. Our computerized energy analysis and on site data collection allow us to estimate the heating, cooling and hot water needs, size ground loops, make system comparisons, economic analysis and payback calculations. We take great personal pride studying each application to determine the most cost effective system design. We strive to maintain the highest professional standards possible and pride ourselves on both experience and ability to solve problem situations which have often confused those contractors who preceded us.
